In July 2021 after over 20 years working for the same company (15 of those as a business owner as well as a salesperson), Bronwyn decided to take a leap of faith, and Bronlea Real Estate was born.

At your first meeting Bronwyn, Patricia and Melissa will discuss your requirements and work with you to make a plan for preparing your property for sale. They can organise tradespeople to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance work and property stylists if you require furniture hire and staging.

They will discuss all methods of sale available including the pro’s and con’s of marketing by auction, marketing with a price, expressions of interest or off-market selling. They will then work with you to tailor a marketing campaign to suit YOUR property and YOUR individual needs.
