After many years experience working in the building industry and with a strong background in administration, business management and customer service, Bronwyn began her real estate career in January 2001, winning “South Australian rookie of the year” in her first twelve months. Real estate soon turned out to not only be a new career path but became Bronwyn’s passion. She found working with home buyers and sellers combined her love of helping people with her love of property. As Winston Churchill said, “if you find a job you love, you’ll never work again”. This is certainly true for Bronwyn.

In July 2021 after over 20 years working for the same company (15 of those as a business owner as well as a salesperson), Bronwyn decided to take a leap of faith, and Bronlea Real Estate was born.

“Being independent gives me the flexibility to work with my clients and their property requirements on an individual basis without the need to expect them to fit into a box. As people we are all unique and buying and selling your home should be too”.

Whilst embracing all the technology and systems available to her Bronwyn prides herself on her personal service and guarantees that it will always be her personally that her vendors and buyers deal with throughout their property transaction.

At your first meeting Bronwyn will discuss your requirements and work with you to make a plan for preparing your property for sale. She can organise tradespeople to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance work and property stylists if you require furniture hire and staging. She will discuss all methods of sale available including the pro’s and con’s of marketing by auction, marketing with a price, expressions of interest or off-market selling. She will then work with you to tailor a marketing campaign to suit YOUR property and YOUR individual needs.
