Our services
We sell residential real estate across metropolitan Adelaide and the surrounding outlying areas. At our first meeting we will discuss your requirements and work with you to make a plan for preparing your property for sale. We can organise tradespeople to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance work and property stylists if you require furniture hire and staging. We will discuss all methods of sale available including the pro's and con's of marketing by auction, marketing with a price, expressions of interest or off-market selling. We will then work with you to tailor a marketing campaign to suit YOUR property and YOUR individual needs.
Meet Bronwyn
Bronwyn has been selling real estate across the suburbs of Adelaide since January 2001. Whilst predominately selling in the western/beachside and inner southern suburbs she has sold as far north as Tanunda and as far south as Victor Harbor. Whether it be beautiful near-city character homes, conventional suburban homes, new developments, lifestyle properties or investment units, Bronwyn enjoys selling them all.
Bronwyn admits that whilst she enjoys working in buoyant markets, such as the one we are currently in, she also loves the challenge of working in tougher markets where her years of experience, market knowledge and negotiation skills get put to great use.
