Our Services

We sell residential real estate across metropolitan Adelaide and the surrounding outlying areas. At our first meeting we will discuss your requirements and work with you to make a plan for preparing your property for sale. We can organise tradespeople to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance work and property stylists if you require furniture hire and staging. We will discuss all methods of sale available including the pro's and con's of marketing by auction, marketing with a price, expressions of interest or off-market selling. We will then work with you to tailor a marketing campaign to suit YOUR property and YOUR individual needs.

Meet The Team

Bronwyn Drabsch (Bronny)

After many years working in the building industry, and with a strong background in administration, business management and customer service, Bronwyn began her real estate career in January 2001. Real estate soon turned out to not only be a new career path but became Bronwyn’s passion. She found working with home buyers and sellers combined her love of helping people with her love of property.

Bronwyn has sold properties all over Adelaide and in the surrounding outlying areas including the Fleurieu Peninsula, Adelaide Hills and Yorke Peninsula. Whether it be beautiful near-city character homes, conventional suburban homes, new developments, lifestyle properties or investment units, Bronwyn enjoys selling them all.

Bronwyn has worked in all markets and while she is enjoying the buoyant market we are currently in, she also loves the challenge of working in tougher markets where her years of experience, market knowledge and negotiation skills get put to great use.

Melissa Drabsch (Mel)

Mel began her real estate career in 2008, having recently completed a degree in Economics and a Diploma in Language (just as the global financial crisis hit).

Since then Mel has worked in all aspects of the industry from property management, sales administration, accounts, business management and as a sales associate.

Mel possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire real estate process and she takes pride in making what is often a client's largest transaction of their lifetime as stress-free as possible, even in highly emotional circumstances.

Born and raised in country South Australia, Mel brings a warm and friendly demeanour to her professional interactions and her genuine care for people shines through in her dedication to providing exceptional service to her clients and support to all those she encounters.

Patricia McKibbin (Patty)

Patricia began her real estate journey in the late 90's and has been helping people navigate the property market ever since. With a calm, considered approach, she has supported many individuals and families through the ups and downs, from quieter times to record-breaking booms, always with a steady hand and a focus on what’s best for them.

Having worked alongside Bronwyn in the early days of her career, Patricia is delighted to have reconnected professionally at Bronlea Real Estate, where shared values of integrity, personal service and genuine client care take centre stage.

She understands that selling a home isn’t something people do every day. It can feel overwhelming and emotional, whether you are downsizing, dealing with a deceased estate, going through a separation or just making a fresh start, she will be with you every step of the way, explaining things in plain English and helping you feel comfortable and in control.
